Global Foundries recently completed Phase I construction of this semiconductor manufacturing facility and is now constructing Phase II of the project, which includes a total of 1.28 million square feet on 220 acres. Ruby is providing lift engineering assistance to global and Midwest Steel as 26 roof trusses, weighing 47 tons each and spanning 156 feet, are placed. When completed, this chip plant will be the largest semiconductor foundry in the United States.
