The complexity of power plants
always presents structural engineering challenges. And while the
scale of these facilities is large, there are frequently site
space constraints that limit construction options and require
creative solutions. Compounding these challenges is the need to
minimize or avoid any operational disruptions to the facility.
Ruby+Associates has performed structural engineering design and
lift/erection engineering for several facilities. Additionally,
we have assisted alternative energy providers with the development
of wind farms, located in two states.
