The Motor City Casino expansion project is a series of four buildings, including an expanded parking structure, a 16-floor hotel, a 1800-seat performance theater and a 50,000-square-foot convention center with 12,000-square-foot ballroom. Ruby+Associates provided the erection procedures for the casino expansion and the 16 story staggered truss hotel. Ruby also provided lift engineering for key components of both facilities and a pedestrian bridge that was installed over the partially erected portion of the hotel.
