Jay Ruby, PE., President and CEO of Ruby + Associates, and a nationally recognized constructability expert, has been named an Architectural Engineering Centennial Fellow by the Pennsylvania State University Architectural Engineering (AE) Department.  Penn State’s AE Department is celebrating 100 years of Excellence in Education and Innovation in 2010 and is honoring Ruby, a Penn State grad, for his successful career in the Architectural Engineering Construction Industry.
